IWD2024 #inspireinclusion
Anna O’Dowd, Design Engineer, and Sharon Doonin, Business Support Manager, at Vector Photonics are featured in Opening up Photonics’ celebration of International Women’s Day 2024. Opening up Photonics is a Technology Scotland initiative set up to highlight and address the barriers faced by women and minority groups in Scotland’s photonics sector. Its prime aims are to increase accessibility and champion diversity.
All the women represented were asked the following two questions:
