Vector Photonics was joined by Carol Monaghan, MP for Glasgow North West, at this year’s Technology Scotland dinner.

Vector Photonics hosted special guest, Carol Monaghan, MP for Glasgow North West, on its table at this year’s Technology Scotland dinner, where the company was sponsor of the drinks reception. Carol is Scottish National Party MP for Glasgow North West, Shadow SNP Spokesperson for Education and also Shadow SNP Spokesperson for Science, Innovation and Technology. She was joined by Dave Pratt of Equity Gap and Claire Firmston-Williams of Foresight Williams, investors in Vector Photonics. Also present were Mohamed Islim of Pure LiFi and Tony Kelly, Professor of Optoelectronics at the University of Glasgow.

Vector Photonics are members of Technology Scotland, which helps to promote Scottish technology capabilities worldwide; influences policy in Scottish and UK government; and enables networking and collaboration events.

The Vector Photonics team were represented at all levels, at this year’s event, which was held on the 16th November at the Voco Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow City Centre. It was an excellent evening and a great networking opportunity!
